What will I need?

  • Money: a minimum of 1 calendar months rent + 4-6 weeks security deposit
  • References: Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence), Bank Account Details, Works/ employment reference, previous Landlord reference if applicable and a Guarantor if applicable.

What type of agreement do you use?
Assured Shorthold Tenancy, which is a fixed term tenancy agreement.

When should I start looking for a property?
4-6 weeks prior to your moving in date.
