Renting your property couldn’t be any easier, we offer viewings for your property seven days a week and we advertise on a number of different internet advertising portals as well as all local newspapers. We also carry out regular canvassing within the local and surrounding areas for an extra advertising boost.

Ideal properties have experience in renting to a number of different residences from working professionals to families. Once an applicant shows interest in your property there are various references that will need to be checked before the commencing of a contract.

Our Contract

The tenancy contract is made between you and the tenant, and is an assured short hold tenancy, and is compiled by the government registered Letting's Office. This contract is signed for a minimum period of six months and is updated regularly between tenancies in order to keep in line with the latest housing laws.

Landlords Insurance

There are services that can further make a tenancy more secure in a landlords favor, we can advise on specialist providers of Landlord insurance products and risk management services to the letting industry.
