Once you have found a property which meets your criteria, we endeavour to make the 'paperwork process' as easy and hassle free as possible. We would require you to provide references & identification, along with an initial holding deposit in order to reserve the property for you.
The tenancy agreement is made between you and your landlord and is an assured shorthold tenancy. This contract has been compiled by the government regulated Letting's Office and would be signed for a minimum period of six months.
As a tenant you would responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of the property. However, should there be any faults or such like issues with the property, you would be expected to contact us, so we can have these issues resolved for you swiftly and efficiently. Therefore making your stay at the property as relaxed and care free as possible.
